Time has a way of distorting memories.

11 years has passed since the transatlantic collective, The Earlies, released their critically acclaimed first album, 'These Were The Earlies'. It's been 14 years since their first 7" single, Song for #3, was quietly pushed out to record store clerks by members of the band hoping to sell a few copies here and there.

The Earlies 2004 debut album 'These Were The Earlies' brought together that first self released single along with several others and subsequent EP's on Names/679 Recordings and Secretly Canadian. 2 years later, the band returned with a more sonically adventurous and diverse collection of recordings, 'The Enemy Chorus'. The band disappeared in to the wilderness for the next 9 years, with members investing time with various side projects and creating homes and families.

The Earlies are set to return in 2015 for a self proclaimed '11 Year Anniversary' since 'These Were The Earlies' was released. To celebrate, they are setting out on a ultra-limited 5 date UK tour and releasing a new ep entitled 'Message From Home'. Expect the expanded 11 member live band to be playing both old and new songs. This is their only Scottish date and not to be missed as currently there are no future tours planned.
