Knowing and Growing Your Creative Business Model

**This workshop is free but as spaces are limited, we ask for a £10 deposit. This will be refunded if you attend, but if you fail to cancel via Eventbrite up to 24 hours before the event, you will be charged**

Your business model is one of the most powerful, individual, and engaging narratives you have to explain the value of your business. It defines your financial relationship with the outside world and expresses the value of your services and products to your customers.

For these reasons, it’s important to get it right!

Joining us for this workshop focusing on business models in the creative sector is our new Industry Associate Marie McQuade.

Also joining us, sharing their stories of developing and innovating their business models in technology and architecture, are Andy Laverty and Willie Brown.

Who is the event for?

For Scottish creative entrepreneurs and businesses from all stages with an interest in developing their financial and relationships with their audiences, through existing and innovative business models.

Why attend?

Come to explore and define the right business model for you. We discuss how to map the right business models providing creative industry examples.
