Delivery & Returns

Here are our delivery, returns and refund policies...

ORDERING
When buying from our online shop you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:

- Over 18’s only!

- Delivery to mainland UK only – We cannot ship to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight or any of the British/Scottish Isles

- Paypal E-Cheque not accepted.

- Tickets

No event tickets will be posted to you. You must bring your confirmation emails from both Drygate and Paypal with you as proof of purchase.

Delivery

- Please supply us with your full name, address and any special delivery instructions

- Orders are processed and shipped 1 to 2 days per week, usually a Wednesday/Thursday

- We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes, weather, damaged goods or actions outside our direct control

- We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product

Stock

- All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability

- If we are out of stock for an item you won't be able to purchase it. Please contact us to find out when your item will be available.

 

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item please contact us at the brewery by phone or by email (shop@drygate.com). Please leave a name, contact number and email where we can reach you.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation and reason for return.

We will issue a full refund or send a replacement on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge unless the reason for return has been our mistake.

Please note:

- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty or the wrong goods were sent.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If the goods arrive damaged refuse delivery and contact us. The items will be returned to us and we will send a replacement or offer a refund as soon as possible.
